A 35% deposit is required and balance is due 30 days in advance
We respect the enjoyment of our neighbors and ask that you keep the noise levels down in the evening. Excessive noise levels will not be tolerated.
We find it is best for our guests to check in Friday’s at 3:00 P.M. and Checkout is either Sunday or the following Friday at 10:00 A.M. This is negotiable we recognize everyone’s schedule is different let us know what your needs are and we can see if we can accommodate your requests.
If you have pets please keep them out of the house during the day and if they need to come inside at night, please keep them off the furniture. $20 fee per night per dog plus deposit. We reserve the right to ask for compensation of anything damaged or needing excessive cleaning of any part of our island.. Please also pick up after your pets at the end of your stay.
The Parking area on shore will be about a quarter mile from the island where you will load your luggage and supplies on a boat and trek out to your island. Must climb stairs to get from the boat dock to the cabin there are 9 long steps to climb as pictured. To enter the cabin you need to climb either three or 5 steps.
If you cancel the dates of your stay before 8 weeks of your scheduled stay, there will be a $100 fee added to your stay.
If you cancel 4 to 8 weeks before your stay you forfeit 50% of your rental fee.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your stay you will forfeit 100% payment.
This area is renowned for its Snowmobile and ATV trails
Rental may not be available during late fall or early spring depending on weather.

Holidays are a three night minimum.
No smoking in any of the buildings. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Smoking is possible away from the buildings if you are extremely careful and don’t leave any evidence.
